Shipping and Delivery
Sign in and get fast, free shipping on orders of $50 or more
Shipping shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why when you sign in or sign up for a free F&F Bearing account, you won’t be charged for standard ground shipping on orders over $50 for most products on ffbearing.com. Please note that a small number of products may require an additional surcharge due to special delivery needs that result from factors such as product weight and size. To avoid any surprises at checkout, we’ve made these surcharges as transparent as possible by clearly marking all items that require special delivery on our product pages, in your shopping cart, and anywhere else they may apply.
F&F Bearing Shipping Policy
Orders Less Than $50
A non-refundable $5 shipping and handling fee is charged to customers who are signed into their f&fbearing.com account when they place an order totaling less than $50 (before tax) that is shipped to one address within the contiguous United States. This $5 shipping and handling fee will not be charged for items that incur an associated delivery surcharge as described above.
Orders of $50+
Except for certain exceptions noted below, no shipping and handling is charged to customers who are signed into their f&fbearing account for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax and shipped to one address within the contiguous United States.
Please note: Customers who check out as a guest with an order less than $75 before tax will have shipping and handling charges added to their order.
Carriers
We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
Shipping Policy Exceptions
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Brasil and Italy. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.
International and P.O. Box Orders
F&F Bearing only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Brasil, and Italy. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). F&F Bearing does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Third-Party and Manufacturer Shipped Products
Items shipping from the manufacturer: Please refer to the item page on f&fbearing.com for shipping lead times as they vary. Expedited shipping is NOT available for third-party items.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier’s website.
Expedited Shipping Rules
To qualify for expedited shipping, F&F Bearing must receive your order on Monday–Friday before 3pm (CT). F&F Bearing does not offer Saturday delivery. All expedited orders must weigh less than 150 lbs., and not contain any hazardous materials.
Expedited orders only ship on business days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you have any questions, call customer service at 419‑524-1700.
Same-Day Shipping
Get same-day shipping on most orders placed by 4pm local time.*
* Same-day shipping is available on most orders within the contiguous U.S. when your order is placed by 4:00pm local time Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the specific item page for estimated shipping information.
Next-Day Delivery
Next-Day Delivery is available for select items only and may be limited or otherwise unavailable based on the shipping address of the customer. To qualify for Next-Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 4pm local time Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the specific item page for estimated delivery information.
International Shipping
