How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
We do our very best to deliver orders as quickly as possible. The majority of Zoro’s in-stock items ship within 1 business day. Most customers will receive their items within 2 to 5 business days. The delivery timeframe will depend on the customers location from the closest warehouse and products stock position. However, processing and delivery timeframes can vary depending on the particular product selected, please reference the shipping time frames displayed on the Product Page and in Checkout. If there are significant delays please contact customer sercice at (855) 289-9676.
For guaranteed delivery of items that are needed urgently, we encourage you to select the expedited shipping, which is available for many of our products. If you have questions about processing time and/or expected delivery time frames for your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.
